1.For any issue of all our projects, we promise timely reaction and solution.

2.For all our projects, we provide 1 year’s warranty within which repairing is free.

① For equipment failure, with the precondition that all official operation procedures are strictly followed, we shall be responsible for repairing and/or replacing the failure parts at no charge.

② For equipment failure which is caused by misoperation, we shall provide door-to-door service to solve the problem. If parts replacement is needed, we shall supply such parts at fairly competitive price.

3.Beyond 1 year’s warranty period, we shall still serve all clients as always. For all kinds of repair or replacement, reasonable price shall be charged.

4.For difficulties can’t be solved by client themselves, we shall send professionals to deal with on their request.
